Payment terms
For your order, advance payment is generally required.
You pay as follows:

A 50% deposit is due immediately upon receipt of the order confirmation.

The remaining 50% is due immediately upon notification of readiness for delivery (before shipment).

You can pay your invoices by bank transfer or PayPal.

You can pay your invoices by bank transfer or PayPal.
​Our price offers may be dependent on a specific payment method, such as bank transfer. In this case, you can only settle the invoice using the agreed payment method.
Bank transfer
To easily pay your bill via your Swiss or Liechtenstein bank, you will also receive the corresponding Swiss QR invoice (with QR-IBAN and reference number) with your invoice, which you can use for your transfer.
For a regular bank transfer (without a reference number), please include the invoice number in your transfer.
Please ensure that the full invoice amount is received in our account. This is always the case with a Swiss SIC transfer (the standard domestic transfer in Switzerland).
For an international SWIFT transfer, please use the "OUR" transfer method. This way, you cover the transfer costs, and the transfer amount will be credited to our bank account without any deductions.
