Delivery

The goods will be handed over at a location agreed upon by the parties. Transport, insurance, and loading costs are included in the price of the goods until the goods are loaded onto the means of transport (ship, aircraft, truck, or rail).

We or our supplier are responsible for customs clearance of the shipment upon export and for delivering the cargo to the named place of shipment, e.g., the port. You, as the buyer, are responsible for concluding the main contract of carriage, selecting a carrier or freight forwarder, monitoring freight costs, and paying import duties.

You commission a shipping company or freight carrier to pick up the order. The shipping destination is "abroad", i.e. outside Switzerland or Liechtenstein. The purchase is tax-exempt in Switzerland due to direct export.

You are responsible for the organization and costs of transport, including loading, export clearance, and insurance. You will receive confirmation as soon as the order is ready for transport.
